- Fleet account form: your business name, contact name, phone number, email address, number of vehicles, and any message
We do not collect payment information, government-issued ID, or sensitive personal data through this website. Wash pass memberships and purchases are handled on our membership provider’s checkout, not on this website (see section 5).

We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Email Communications
When you submit a form, we send one automatic confirmation email from hello@eliteexpresswashmi.com, and we may reply to you by email or phone about your request. Using a form does not add you to a mailing list.
If you joined our email list, you may receive occasional emails about offers and announcements. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing info@eliteexpresswashmi.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to help us understand how visitors use our site. We use the following:
Google Analytics (GA4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized data about site traffic and visitor behavior. GA4 sets the following cookies on your device:
- _ga — Distinguishes unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.

This data helps us understand which pages are most useful to visitors and how people find our site. Google Analytics does not give us access to personally identifiable information. Data collected is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console to monitor how our site performs in Google Search. Search Console does not set cookies on your device — all data is collected and processed on Google's side.
Managing Cookies
You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using this website, though some analytics features may not function. Instructions for common browsers:

Our website also links to Facebook. These platforms operate under their own privacy policies and may collect data independently when you interact with their content. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party platforms.
